on 10 Principles

  1. Extreme Programming: prototype and prevail.
  2. We don’t offer services. Plenty of companies already do.
  3. We are the vanguard. The pathfinders. Be brave. Innovate.
  4. Create something to believe in, like a religion, and they will come and follow.
  5. If you’re not willing to give your life for it, don’t do it. Time is finite.
  6. Project and you will prevail. Lead in your mind before your industry. Believe in yourself.
  7. You can lower the price, never the service. Excellence defines us.
  8. Speed is a virtue, but haste is a vice. Be rigorous.
  9. Technology is a tool, not an end. Be cautious, it can be dangerous.
  10. A sick soldier cannot fight. Self-care is your responsibility.
